The ACT program Office /Fiscal Administratoroversees the daily administrative functions of the program, assuring that all operation procedures and regulations are followed.The Office/Fiscal Administrator's primary responsibility is to assist the Program Manager in completing the normal administrative functions required by the program including all aspects of billing, issuance of check requisitions for accounts payable, payroll, database updates and troubleshooting, minor network troubleshooting, keeping statistics, and issuing and reviewing personnel documentation. It is also the Office/Fiscal Administrator's responsibility to support the team in completing the normal administrative functions required by the program including phone reception, medical record request submissions, ordering supplies, maintaining personnel files, electronic filing, and taking notes at team meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Process and submit electronic check requests and paperwork for accounts payable
Responsible for submission of all applicable payments necessary to ensure that properties remain in current and good status with vendors
Responsible for completing all pre-employment screenings required by state funders and RHD as applicable to unit's needs.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of Employee Personnel Files as required by state funders and RHD as applicable to unit's needs.
Assist with human resource functions, including benefits enrollment, timely submission of term and change forms
Coordinate maintenance of the building, equipment and vehicles, and purchase supplies
Attend all necessary staffing, including interdisciplinary team meetings and trainings.
Perform clerical duties such as answering office phones
Participate in the budgeting process with RHD participants and members of the RHD interdisciplinary team.
All other duties as identified by the Unit Director.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 yearof experience with administrative, fiscal, and daily operatonal tasks.Experience with electronic health records highly preferred.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Possess high school diploma (associates degree a plus)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of basic accounting practices, purchasing and billing functions
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Must pass IA Criminal background check
Possess a valid IA Driver's License

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is available 24-hours a day, seven days per week, and is prepared to carry out a full range of treatment functions in the participants chosen community.Team members work together with the individuals served to promote symptom stability and appropriate use of medication; restore personal, community living and social skills; promote and maintain physical health; establish access to entitlements, housing, work and social opportunities; and help maintain the highest possible level of functioning in the community.
