The Position:

Finance Lead Consultant role will report to the Finance Leader over the WIM functions of Banking, Lending & Trust, Advice & Planning, and The Private Bank. The role will be accountable for leading and supporting financial management activities in these units, along with, advising and supporting the product management leadership in managing their businesses for growth and greater profitability.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing the planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis of product set's financial performance; partnering with, and providing product management business leaders proactive, strategic and actionable insights; develop & support business cases for initiatives
• Measure, maintain, analyze pro forma product profitability within group's database and tools
• Partnering and collaborating with Centers of Excellence managing the Enterprise balance sheet forecasting, planning, and CCAR processes for the group
• Manage risk effectively through strong controls and processes
• Drive and deliver efficiency in the business through the development and monitoring of expense improvement initiatives

• 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting

• A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
• Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000 Max: $195,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000 Max: $195,000
UT-Salt Lake City: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000 Max: $195,000
MO-Saint Louis: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000 Max: $195,000
IA-West Des Moines: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000 Max: $195,000
AZ-Chandler: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000 Max: $195,000
