Physician Relations Liaison The Physician Relations Liaison will be responsible for promoting the organization, identifying new referral opportunities, and maintaining existing relationships with referring physicians. Responsibilities Include: - Initiate and develop relationships with referring physicians - Maintain regular face-to-face communication with referring physicians and their support staff to be a resource, provide reliable feedback, and build trusting relationships - Provide quality monitoring and effectively resolve challenges and needs - Communicate key information to supervisor and internal providers - Develop referral contact lists for internal providers specific to their markets - Analyze and monitor data to identify areas of opportunity - Work with supervisor to develop an annual relations plan and calendar of events - Coordinate and execute strategic visits and events with referring physicians to introduce new Wolfe Eye Clinic providers - Develop communication pieces such as bios, newsletters, and announcements to promote new technology, services, and locations - Coordinate virtual and in-person continuing education events for referring providers - Represent the clinic at professional industry events - Maintain a CRM database including demographics, activity, and insights - Ensure exceptional customer service and representation of the Wolfe Eye Clinic brand Qualifications: - Experience in Ophthalmology/Optometry or medical sales marketing preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey key information to diverse groups - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, meet goals, and achieve results - Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams to achieve high-level service - Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to work non-traditional hours if needed - Travel within the state of Iowa up to 3-4 days per week If you are interested in being part of a quality driven organization while receiving a competitive wage and benefits package (health, dental, 401k, paid time-off, etc.), please apply.
