Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Mgr. Military Training 2 - Site Manager (SM), who is responsible for the performance of work at that installation and has appropriate corporate decision-making authority to effectively respond to Task Order requirements. Leads a team that will provide individual, leader, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training, technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support for the ARNG. The SM is responsible for overall scheduling, management coordination, oversee training execution, and manage Contractor continuing education training. The Site Manager will work collaboratively and in concert with the installation MTC Commander in direct support of the training and technical missions. Available positions are expected at the following locations:

Fort Leavenworth, KS,
Fort Chaffee, AR
Gowen Field, ID
Camp Atterbury, IN
Indiantown Gap, PA

Positions are unfunded awaiting award.

Basic Qualifications:

BS/BA degree and 10yrs experience
Have a full understanding of Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)
Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience
Experience in battalion or brigade as a Commander or DIV G3 staff officer or above
Service and joint doctrine experience to include combat, combat support, and combat service support operations
Served as either battalion or brigade commander or S3
MEL-4 qualified (CGSC/ILE completion), or equivalent level military education
SECRET level clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

MA/MS degree
PMP

Salary Range: 78600 - 124300

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
