Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday flexible / minimum 6 months+

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

• Providing support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems and completing confirmation of outbound orders.
• Applying knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures, and communicating through electronic processes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Have great attention to detail with strong organizational skills and a Customer Service attitude!
• MS Office software (Word, Excel & Outlook) and SAP
• Familiarity/Proficiency with computer systems.
• Logical thinking skills for improvement to the work process.
