Job Summary:

We welcome you to join the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a 1 year commitment role where you will be responsible for handling the full life cycle of recruiting with additional focus in sourcing and branding.

Hybrid work environment (remote/office)

Minimum Requirements:

2 year Associate Degree
1 - 2 year experience in recruiting
Healthcare experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for hard-to-fill positions
Provides recruitment advisement and guidance to each of the department leaders in supporting recruitment strategies and identifying creative ways to source and hire for their teams.
Responsible for daily management and oversight of the full-lifecycle recruitment production; sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, offering and engaging a diverse set of qualified new and current team members
Ability to manage workflow through the applicant tracking system
