Accounts Receivable Manager

Job description

This position will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable team while leading various management initiatives and process implementation projects. The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for the overall invoicing, collection and payment application activities and timely management of all A/R aging components.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop accounts receivable processes with the ability to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions to accommodate a fast-growing customer base
• Lead the A/R team, effectively planning for the increasing responsibilities for the team, communicating the process to stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition in new markets
• Oversee A/R process to ensure timely billing and payment application for customer invoices and maintain/review accurate financial records and control reports
• Manage and review the A/R aging and present weekly reports and KPIs for the Corporate Controller and CFO
• Develop and document processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or business-related field required
• 8+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivables, credit, collections, general accounting
• Previous A/R management experience in medium to large-scale, multi-entity enterprises required
• Experience with financial accounting and ERP systems required (Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office required
