You will be responsible for assisting customers by telephone as to the status of their account(s), answering their question and assisting them with payment options or financial assistance. The representative will take credit card payments via phone. You are expected to explain adjustments, why the balance is due, denied reasons, with ability to resolve complaints. Must have ability to make fair and accurate decisions with moderate assistance from staff.

Job duties ?
?Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone.
?Posting payments to customers? accounts
?Keeping records on conversations and collection attempts.
?Will be making primarily customer services calls.

Requirements ?
? Bilingual Spanish
?1-2 years of experience.
?Excellent customer service skills.
?Business to Business collections preferred.
