Basic Purpose: ? Manage communication with provider network as it relates to event material needs, equipment inventory, and other related topics. ? Responsible for reviewing all supply-related event escalations for legitimacy and responding appropriately. ? Head department when Team Lead is unavailable. Duties and Responsibilities: ? Directly support Team Lead in complex tasks and projects. ? Communicate with vendors to ensure delivery and supply of goods when lead is unavailable . ? Printing of picklists for supply orders. ? When the picklist process is done manually, ensure that picklists are properly and accurately matched to requistions, and that requisitions match current delivery standards. ? Accurately pick and pack (fill) all orders and deliver to the designated area, within designated turnaround timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction. ? Label boxes and place in designated area(s) for delivery. ? Answer the phone, take orders and respond to questions in a timely, courteous, helpful and professional manner. ? Perform daily inventory counts to ensure database accuracy and integrity, communicating inventory issues (inaccuracies, low level of supply, out of stocks, etc.) to the Team Lead or Supervisor. ? Assist in performing complete physical inventory. ? Maintain a clean and safe work area as well as practice safe work habits in accordance to current policies and procedures: Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, OSHA, CLIA, etc. ? Comply with current policies and procedures: Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc. ? Re-stock assigned supply areas. ? Report backorder items, damaged goods and items that are below normal stocking levels to the Team Lead or Supervisor for appropriate and timely action. ? Assist with managing 250-300 unique customized documents for Health and Wellness clients. ? Fulfill administrative paperwork requirements for 27,000+ yearly Health and Wellness events. ? Specify print materials for production use. ? Provide requested updates and modifications to all non-requisition documents per the Quest Product Group?s request. ? Continuously look to reduce print cost by evaluating improvements and changes to legacy documents. ? Deliver print jobs within established timeframes. Maintain logs of all work submitted and completed including service logs. ? Review, prioritize and submit print requests from mainframe, mini-server, desktop according to complexity and urgency. Ensure that requests are quality checked and accurately meet the instructions as submitted . ? Assign print requests to team members for completion. Manage productivity and quality of produced work. ? Responsible for minor maintenance of reproduction equipment by solving paper jams; placing service calls and conducting routine cleaning. ? Inform the team of estimated completion time, when there is a delay in service or when a specific service cannot be provided. Work with the team to resolve complaint to client?s satisfaction. ? Create folders and directories for print on demand orders . ? Manage special request by client for specialized type of printing e.g. large paper printing, poster copying, and manual/handbook sized printing. ? Administrative tasks as assigned (faxing, filing, data entry, etc.). Some tasks may include performing modification of existing document files. ? Other duties as assigned. Supervision Exercised: None Qualifications: Education Preferred: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Associated or Bachelor's Degree preferred Work Experience: ? At least 1 year of previous experience (2-3 years preferred) in a print center environment Physical and Mental Requirements: ?
