Job description

Residential Home Builder in search of an Office Manager to join our team. We need an intelligent, self-starting individual, with at least 3-5 years construction office experience, that has the ability to process information quickly and produce, as well as manage others and the office process. Primary responsibilities are to manage aid and assist the PMs and their coordinator with estimating, drafting change orders, updating our online PM Software, as well as review contracts, and subcontracts, and maintaining insurance certificates. This position also has a strong level of communication with developers, realtors, investors and clients. Secondary responsibilities would be general office coordination to include phones, mail, light bookkeeping, banking, managing the office equipment, purchase of office supplies, as well as function as an Administrative Assistant to the President, and will report directly to the President. Full Time Salary Position $65K-$75K depending on experience. Business hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (additional hours may be required at deadlines) Business Casual attire. Two weeks paid vacation and One week personal/sick time, as well as most Federal Holidays. Apply NOW, we are hoping to fill the position as soon as possible.
