The Participant Transaction Processing Specialist is responsible for accurate and efficient processing of participant level transactions representing benefit and loan processing.

What you will do

  • Accurately and efficiently process and perform analysis and entry of participant transaction requests and assigned tasks into the Empower Administrative System (EASY)

  • Develop extensive job knowledge by applying written procedures, special handling, plan bulletins, tax charts and plan level set up rules

  • Maintain departmental established productivity and quality goals

  • Prioritize and complete assigned tasks in accordance with departmental, IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA and SEC regulations and requirements

  • Design and deliver clear, respectful communications across audiences

  • Interact with teams across various areas dealing with plan and participant transactions

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or similar field

  • Able to maintain high levels of accuracy

  • Ability to analyze transactions for completion and correct posting to participant accounts

  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain productivity levels

  • Must be detailed oriented and have analytical ability for in-depth research

  • FINRA fingerprinting upon hire

What will set you apart

  • 6 - 12 months of related experience in the financial field

  • Demonstrated decision making and analytical skills

  • FINRA 6 registration permitted, but not required

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
