Position Summary

Rally House is looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for assisting the Corporate Recruiter with full life cycle recruitment for open positions within the Retail Stores. We need someone to help continue our growth as we are on the path to open more stores in 2021/2022! Join a fast-paced and fun work environment, today!

Duties and Responsibilities

Represent the company throughout the hiring process with all candidates ensuring a positive applicant experience!

  • Manage requisites on ATS for job openings and candidate flow according to established guidelines. This includes opening and posting new positions, dispositioning candidates and closing filled positions.
  • Assist with a seamless recruiting coordination process to effectively meet the District Manager's need speed and efficiency across candidate processes.
  • Assist in organizing regional hiring events.
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions as needed.
  • Proficient in using company software and systems to effectively recruit, onboard, and finalize hiring processes.
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Special projects as requested by HR Director.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 + years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of full-lifecycle recruiting, experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.
  • Successful track record of designing and executing innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Must be an active and open networker on current social media sites.
  • Proficient in using various search tools (Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, etc) to attract and recruit applicants.
  • Logical reasoning ability that can identify candidate "Red Flags" and make appropriate recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Passion for finding the right person, at the right time, for the right role.
  • Strong interest in process improvement.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your thoughts and ideas.
  • Consistently displays a high level of energy and enthusiasm for meeting the needs of internal and external customers modeling a "can do" attitude.
