The Compliance Analyst is responsible for the successful retirement plan compliance management and delivery of compliance services for block of business. Understands regulation requirements for compliance services, participates training, communication of compliance administration topics to clients.
What you will do
Compliance management process including annual census processing, annual testing, preparation of the IRS Form 5500, uploading contributions, research, communication and presentation of qualified plan administration topics to clients
Participate in training, communication of compliance administration topics to clients and institutional business partners
Maintain all systems related to assigned block of business, including Compliance Access Database, Excel tracking spreadsheets, testing and government forms preparation software
Assist with the development and maintenance of the specific compliance systems and tools for compliance department
Serve as committee leader to establish department level procedures
Oversee compliance and consulting service model to a block of business
Department lead for any ongoing and/or specific company initiatives or system enhancement
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent work experience
2 years of compliance experience or equivalent work experience in related field
2 years of experience working with retirement plans
Full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility related to compliance services

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
