Position Overview
The Paid Search (PPC) Specialist will support the continued success of our digital marketing team. As PPC Specialist, you will be part of our Acquisition team to develop and execute paid search strategies across all (relevant) CURO brands. You will have full reign to build keywords, write advertising text, test out creatives, and perform routine bid management. In addition to setting up, implementing, and optimizing accounts and campaigns, you will also be responsible for monitoring changes in the industry, sharing relevant knowledge with the broader team and making strategic recommendations to hit ROI goals!

What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor, track and analyze paid search campaigns across all relevant CURO brands
- Develop and manage keywords, ad creative, display ads and ad extensions while adhering to the search engine specifications
- Build clear, concise and cohesive analysis on all campaign results, inclusive of strong data visualization; Interpret performance reports to provide and develop strategic insights with clear actionable items
- Ongoing optimizations of all paid search campaigns to ensure KPI and CPF goals are being met
- Implement, monitor and report on testing strategies such as copy, landing page, budget, keyword overlap, multiple match type, etc.
- Develop paid search budgets for all relevant CURO brands; monitor agreed upon budgets and document frequent forecasting of spend and new accounts for paid search campaigns
- Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
- Ensure campaigns are run to best practice guidelines, including all compliance guidelines
- Develop, execute and ongoing management of potential social media paid advertisement strategies for relevant CURO brands
- Formulate proposals for new opportunities, forecasting media budgets and ROAS
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in bid management, paid search campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading search platforms or Paid Social or Programmatic media
- Familiarity with social advertising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and always changing environment
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A creative, strategic, and collaborative mindset to produce innovative and out-of-the box PPC methods to impact overall acquisition strategies
- Experience in the consumer lending industry is a plus
