If you'd like a job where you'd be responsible for growing relationships with existing clients in the greater Wichita area. Position is required to consistently meet balance, Treasury Services revenue, and profit budgets. Essential Functions
Primary client contact for maintenance and retention activity
Proactively identifying cross sell product opportunities
Strong understanding of Treasury product knowledge, go to market strategy, and customer onboarding process
Basic understanding of Commercial product offering (Merchant Services, Commercial Card)
Responsible for identifying potential solutions to client needs as requested, or because of needs analysis and identification in partnership with the TMO and/or Client Team to support business goals
Responsible for teaming with implementation partners to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfaction
Independently manages building/preparing relationship reviews and follow up.
Can easily convey knowledge into presentations
Partners to ensure appropriate credit approval is in place for selected products and ensure ongoing compliance
CRM Management (Insight360)
Day to day contact for Treasury customers
Maintain customer account structure to ensure appropriate accounts and services
Work closely with implementation during onboarding
Confirm account analysis billing accuracy for new services
Follow up with customers after onboarding (1 week, 2 weeks, 30, 60 days)
Participate and Identify to help with internal projects and process improvements
Customer retention, exception pricing, and assist with Proformas and RFPs
ACH and Remote Deposit audits and variance reports
Utilizes technical knowledge to run pricing/cost benefit models; confers with sales officer regarding profitability of relationships and any price negotiation needed
Assists the sales officer in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plans as needed
Performs a variety of sales and marketing functions to include preparing account schematics, proposal documents and sales presentations
Identify cross sell opportunities for current customers, present product demonstrations, and complex problem resolution for customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule
Full Time, 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong technical skills.
Advanced understanding of bank operations and cash management sales process
Must have strong problem-solving skills and PC skills.
Good interpersonal skills are required in order to cross sell products to customers

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance and a banking curriculum or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 Years of experience in the financial services industry or years of experience in Treasury Management Sales, Product Management or Payment System Operations
Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) PowerPoint is essential.
Preferred
Familiarity with banking payment system regulations, transaction processing & corporate treasury function
Previous customer service or sales experience
Contract negotiation experience
Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle collection/payment processes and strategies
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) Certifications
