Kelly IT is seeking a Functional Analyst who is looking to join a successful face pace environment. This is a hybrid remote full-time opportunity


Utilizes Oracle EBS as the core ERP software for the company, including Inventory, purchasing and supply chain modules. We currently use Akeneo as the Product Information Management system for the company, but we're in the process of selecting a new PIM system.


POSITION


Our Functional Analyst / Product Information Management (a senior level position within the Information Technology Retail Systems Department) will provide advanced item creation support, configuration, and administration for our Product Information Management (PIM) system and Oracle E-Business Suite environment. You'll be required to take the lead on development projects and other business initiatives. We seek an experienced PIM leader with a passion for data, new technologies and the ability to flex across various products and digital tools. The ability to communicate with and support various internal customers is critical to the success of this position. Reports to the IT Manager Oracle EBS Applications.



POSITION REQUIREMENTS


· Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or computer science required OR equivalent work experience.

· 5+ years' experience caretaking Product Information Management systems such as Akeneo, Salsify, CenterServ and Oracle Product Data Hub.

· 5+ years' experience providing Oracle EBS technical and functional support, business systems analysis, solution design and deployment.

· Experience in Oracle EBS R12 required. Strong preference given to those with R12.2.4 or higher.

· Functional knowledge of the overall EBS environment including a general understanding of various modules. Experience supporting item definitions within Oracle to support Supply Chain management.

· Advanced understanding of standards and practices around data workflow and content management.

· Working knowledge of Oracle database environment including development tools and practices, troubleshooting, data management, database design techniques and performance tuning.

· Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including ability to use Microsoft Office desktop tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Strong interpersonal skills - including the use of written, electronic, and verbal communication.

· Sound reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude; Detail oriented.

· Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
