RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Erlanger, KY that is seeking an ERP Analyst for a remote contract opportunity. Summary: In this role, the ERP Analyst will partner with and report to the Organization Value & Analysis Manager as part of the Organization Transformation team in order to drive the alignment of colleagues in each location with updated processes driven the client's ERP program. This colleague will play a strategic role in partnering with key business leaders, Global Process Owners and the rest of the team to address changes across functional areas, aligned with the scope of each SAP deployment. The ERP Analyst will focus on selected end-to-end (E2E) processes and work with leaders to collect and validate information and align colleagues to future processes and organizational structures. This colleague will need to demonstrate strong relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills, and must have the agility to flex from strategic to tactical work, as well as independently operate in a dynamic, fast-paced project based environment. Job Responsibilities:
  • The ERP Analyst will gather and analyze employee and workload activity data; Identify key insights to inform future actions and decision-making in partnership with the HR Transformation Consultant
  • Helps to create invitations and instructions/pre-communications for meetings and workshops for enterprise and end-to-end audiences
  • Prepares end user and facilitator material for workshops including presentations, analysis, templates, and more
  • Builds an understanding of the future state processes, change impacts, and how the workforce will be affected; Works with the HR Transformation Consultant to track and document changes
  • As a ERP Analyst, this role partners with our Organizational Change Management Process Change Lead for their selected end-to-end process areas to analyze, and documents mapping of jobs to future business processes, and map to SAP roles


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, Project Management, Organizational Leadership or related field
  • 5+ years of HR data and analytics experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with colleagues throughout the organization
  • A self-starter who can thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments while maintaining fantastic discernment, decision-making skills and stay ahead of deadlines
  • Experience in organizational design, job design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and sustaining workforce analytics efforts and aligning to a common job architecture
  • Ability to perform quantitative and quantitative analysis of data to identify actionable insights, propose solutions, influence others and measure program outcomes
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal and influential skills
  • Teamwork and leadership skills, as well as an ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work on a diversified/global team that includes cross-divisional internal resources as well as external resources
  • Experience working with large, complex multi-phased business transformations, SAP implementation experience preferred
