Canadian Executive Search Group a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for Parts Clerk at Erlanger KY
Pay Rate: -21/Hr.
Start: -Immediate
Shift Available: 8 hrs./day
Days: Monday-Friday
This position requires a dedicated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented person with the desire and ability to provide exceptional administrative support. The candidate will perform administrative and clerical duties along with supporting staff members.
Job Responsibilities : Responsible for accurately receiving, coding, verifying, and processing invoices for payment order and receive parts Inventory Control Support corporate accounting staff with information and data required to Develop and maintain office filing system (including record retention) in paper & electronic format Responsible for monthly data entry & purchase requisition creation Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, shipping documents, and various month-end applications Responsible for work order completion and closure.
Experience: Must have previous experience operating multi-line phone systems and general office equipment Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to resolve routine problems independently ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork; analyze and solve problems; organize and coordinate; foster a cooperative work environment; and maintain efficient office workflow able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, vendors and protect confidential information ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in environment and responsibilities.
