DHL Express currently has an opening for a Recruiting Coordinator atour Erlanger, KY CVG HUB Facility.The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition Team by interfacing with candidates, setting up interview schedules, facilitating the pre-employment process and overseeing the candidate management process in multiple Applicant Tracking Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

As a passionate professional, you will use your energy and enthusiasm to partner with the CVG Hub Talent Acquisition Team. Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Effectively engages with candidates and hiring managers to form strong working relationships and rapport; ensuring all Service Level Agreements are consistently met with respect to scheduling of interviews
  • Assists Recruiters and Hiring Managers with all aspects of the interview and application process; acting as a liaison with candidates
  • Responsible for candidate correspondence and follow-up
  • Initiates background checks, reviews results and flags issues
  • Resolves any open issues pertaining to new hires
  • Provides additional support for job fairs when needed
  • Performs administrative support functions as necessary for the Recruiting team
  • Sourcing/Hunting for qualified talent
  • Other job related duties as required
