Primary Purpose:

This position reports to the Division Director Ambulatory Facilities & Real Estate and will be primarily responsible to professionally manage assigned properties ensuring the delivery of a high level of service. Responsibilities include implementing a regularly scheduled program to assess, inspect and evaluate real estate holdings to monitor the efficiency and condition of the buildings; maintaining all real property records through a real estate lease/portfolio database and the corporate legal contract database; developing annual expense management and CAM budgets, participating in corporate real estate planning and review committees, and maintaining real estate utilization and availability database.Knowledge and Skills:

Education:

Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related degree

Preferred: Master's Degree

License & Certification:

Commercial property management professional designation (e.g. Real Property Administrator, CCIM, or other related designation) preferred

Years of Experience:

Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience

Preferrerd: 6 -10 Years equivalent experience

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Skills acquired through previous property management experience with a recognized management company or medical office properties is preferred. Knowledge and experience required of real estate principals, including property valuation, property management, project management, and real estate leasing. Exceptional and demonstrated organizational skills. Ability to provide clear, concise and precise financial analysis. Must be fluent in common business software applications and have the ability to learn and manage a real estate database.
