Job description
Summary The Inventory Control Clerk I will be responsible for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse. Verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance. Maintains complete paperwork. Operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. The Inventory Control Clerk I will perform routine functions such as restocking, pre-packing, pulling and double-checking orders. The Inventory Control Clerk I will support the Company and its subsidiaries while providing support to staff and management while exemplifying AMT 2.0 Culture and operating with a high level of integrity. Responsibilities and Duties The Inventory Control Clerk I will report directly to the Materials Manager while assisting the Warehouse Manager, as needed. Responsibilities will include some, or all, of the following: • Receive incoming shipments of products o Count and verify quantities and products received match packing slip - note any discrepancies on the packing slip and forward to Assistant Warehouse Manager for follow-up with Accounting and/or Purchasing to resolve discrepancies. o Mark cartons with product part number, expiration date (if applicable) and quantity. Put product away in designated stocking location. o Assist with other Warehouse activities as necessary • Cycle count o Cycle count pre-determined number of parts each day to validate perpetual inventory records Report results to Materials Manager or designee o Assist with reconciliation of inventory discrepancies o Participate in physical inventories. • Pre-Pack Product o Pre-pack products in pre-determined quantities o Restock inventory bins o Break down empty corrugated cartons and move to designated area for recycling.

- Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
- Maintain inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
- Maintain inventory stock control records, inventory documentation and ordering inventory profiles
- Reconcile negative inventory to keep warehouse inventory
- Maintain shipping and receiving inventory and maintain inventory records
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and updating inventory supplies
- Maintain proper inventory levels and inventory conditions
- Monitoring non-stock inventory items
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in warehouse
- Compare inventory records against physical count of inventory by performing cycle counts
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, including reconciliation of inventory
- Fill incoming orders or inventory
- Assist with physical inventory count
- Conducting complete physical inventory count
- Conduct physical inventory count and reconcile results with inventory records
- Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems
- Keep accurate daily inventory records
- Enter inventory adjustments into the computer-based inventory control system

Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel. Additionally, must have basic knowledge of working with an ERP system. Education and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience working in a similar capacity. Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in oneon-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
