JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: CVG 145 Line MX Data Processor

Department:CVG 145 Line MX

Reports To: CVG 145 Line MX Manager

POSITION PURPOSE:

Filling positions within the 145 station due to increasing workload and expansion of CVG.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will perform duties including, but not limited to: stock, 145 MX Planning communication of issued scheduled and non-routine maintenance documentation of maintenance performed on customer aircraft and appliances.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Maintaining accurate and complete computer generated tallies for routines and non-routines.
2. Coordinating with 145 MX Planning to ensure all customer material requirements are met.
3. Entering routine and non-routine items into the computer database program as required.
4. Reviewing each job card for completeness of signatures, stamps, and accuracy of data.
5. Ensure that all paperwork is accounted for and routed to the Records Dept. in a timely manner.
6. After completion of an aircraft maintenance, archive all pertinent records of work in the designated file storage location. Discard the tags and log after the required holding period IAW Kalitta Maintenance RSM procedures.
7. Ensuring that all paperwork is accurate, legible, and accounted for at all times.
8. Any other duties assigned by the 145 Line MX Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, write, and understand spoken and written English.
