If you enjoy compound manufacturing as a process AND working with computers, hardware, and applications such as ERPs, then this role could be a great fit for you!

Connection has a fantastic opportunity with one of our outstanding clients based in Hopkinsville, KY. We are looking for a solid ERP Analyst to bring on board and take ownership of the IT functions in our customer's manufacturing environment. This is a Perm Role with our end client who is a leading process manufacturer producing flexible and rigid PVC compounds.

SHIFT: M-F; regular business hours -- need to be on-site (possibility for hybrid as the role continues).

Who you are:

* Work experience and knowledge in a process manufacturing environment.
* Experienced with general IT support -- helpdesk, desktop, etc.
* Able or experienced working with an ERP either as a user or in a support capacity -- preferably something in the Microsoft product suite -- particularly Process Pro.

Responsibilities

* Oversee and coordinate external IT support (in the form of contractors) and weave their duties and workflow into the business.
* Work with senior leadership on IT projects and ERP expansions, upgrades, and improvements to the IT infrastructure.
* Provide IT leadership and guidance.
* Handle IT support tickets and instances as needed.

Requirements

* Certifications a plus -- CCNA, Network+, etc.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment -- preferably a process manufacturing environment (material creation).
* Experienced with general IT concepts -- Active Directory, Windows support, general desktop support.
* ERP experience -- Preferably Process Pro but any ERP will work.
* Ability to communicate with senior leadership and desire to take a macro approach to the IT environment.
