Approximate start time: 5:00 AM

The Driver Merchandiser On Premise is responsible for efficiently delivering products to customers in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe, and timely manner. In this role, the Driver Merchandiser is also responsible for stocking products on shelves and in coolers while ensuring that appropriate rotation standards are maintained. This is a fast-paced position that stocks and faces products on shelves, displays, and in coolers. Finally, as with all our drivers, the Driver Merchandiser serves as an ambassador of our company and the world's most recognized brands.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates product on displays and in cold drink equipment, according to Company standards
• Maintains and organizes Coca-Cola stock as needed, picking up damaged and date product including empty shells and pallets
• Sets up and maintains merchandise and sales promotion displays
• Ensures neat appearance of all Coca-Cola Consolidated equipment and product in assigned accounts and maintains a safe work environment
• Fosters relationships with account personnel and provides superior customer service to all customers and accounts serviced
• Ensures proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily; performs daily Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. of product repetitively
• Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
• Availability to work some weekends and some holidays
• Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent safety record
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

CDL Class A Lisense

Work environment will vary, including but not limited to exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled
