POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Recruiter will assist with recruitment-related duties while supporting the company's mission, vision, and values. This position works closely with the HR staff and hiring managers to recruit top talent.
A day in the life of being an HR Recruiter Outfitter:
* Conduct full-cycle recruitment of all SOU Operations staff, high-need sales staff, and bench recruiting for upgrades companywide. This includes job postings, candidate screening/sourcing, phone interviews, background checks/drug screens and offers letters.
* Establish a proactive recruiting strategy and sourcing plans to ensure adequate applicant flow for all assigned open positions. Monitor staffing projections for assigned areas and make recommendations for attendance at appropriate careers fairs and external recruiting events.
* Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
* Maintain all positions on Applicant Tracking System and company career site.
* Track and monitor applicant flow via Applicant Tracking System and other metrics. Assist with maintaining recruited-related tracking spreadsheets.
* Manage HR recruiting inbox and send candidate information to the appropriate person.
* Work with HR staff on researching new avenues to advertise jobs and promote career opportunities in various markets.
* Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future business needs.
* Make contacts and develop relationships with various local organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce, Unemployment Office, Trade Schools, and Colleges to assist with recruiting efforts.
* Assist HR staff with social media advertising and brand/company awareness.

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field.
* 1-2 years of experience in HR/recruitment-related roles.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required.
* Strong assessment skills to evaluate candidate's performance background.
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, ADP preferred.
* Effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Ability to handle confidential information, including budget and salary information.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Applications.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
