Who we're looking for TMMK Human Resources, Staffing & Recruiting Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Staffing Analyst HR Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to support various staffing initiatives, which may include workforce strategy (need vs have), workforce standardization projects, vendor management, recruiting strategy, transfer and conversion systems strategy, data analytics, and daily staffing operational activities. The primary responsibility of this role will focus on continuous improvement of daily recruiting operations, Talent Acquisition processes, systems, vendor relations and project management with responsibility for handling multiple projects at once. The person in this role will support the team's objective to provide just in time strategic workforce tools and resources to our manufacturing customers. Further, to provide the best, transparent, and balanced transfer and conversion system experience to our Toyota members and to provide the best recruiting experience to our future Toyota members; thereby allowing all of our Toyota members to reach their full potential and engagement with their career placement. What you'll be doing: Collaborating on human resources & talent acquisition projects as needed. Working collaboratively within the talent acquisition team to provide innovative approaches to talent acquisition strategy and operations. Developing, implementing, and improving innovative, efficient, and effective programs, processes, and tools related to: Need Have. Recruiting & Advertising. Onboarding. Transfer System. Conversions. Data Analytics. Staffing Operations. Managing projects that have workforce or staffing impacts on TMMK. Managing operations that have workforce or staffing impacts on TMMK. Influencing colleagues, business leaders, and executive leadership to gain buy-in and support of newly developed strategies and kaizen to existing strategy/systems. Use data analytics to analyze staffing trends, predict and model, and visualize for story telling and decision making. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop, improve and execute operational activities to support the staffing function including, but not limited to, the areas of process, technology, and training. Support Talent Acquisition team to audit processes and improve department performance. Identify best practices and implement process improvements that can be facilitated by new system features and/or changes to existing system features, ensuring that desired process improvements are tracked, documented, communicated, and managed. Participate in vendor management, review and selection for new providers and systems, providing input and feedback utilizing expert knowledge of subject area and systems. Develop and maintain knowledge for standard work processes, user procedures, guidelines, and end user documentation. Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to understand the problem, the scope of the project and the development of solutions based on analysis of data and situations. What you bring: Bachelor's degree or higher or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience in HR and/or recruiting. Experience with vendor management including statement of work, budgeting and paying vendor. Experience in customer facing consultative project management including analytical, communications, client relations and planning for both short term (3-6 months) and long term (2+ years) projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with PowerPoint. Experience managing customer needs, including proven ability to build and implement innovative processes, programs, and tools to meet diverse and evolving customer needs. Experience working across all levels of the organization, including executive level presentations. Added bonus if you have: Toyota Experience. HR experience in Talent Management including recruiting and selection, development and diversity and inclusion. Experience in talent acquisition and staffing operations including head count management for > 2500 employees. Recruiting vendor management experience. Budget management experience, including ringi (budget proposal), Pos and key payment milestones. Vendor management experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI (including data importation, slicer manipulation, report creation and troubleshooting). Experience conducting data analysis using analytic software, storytelling, and visualization. HR experience in a manufacturing environment. TBP Panel completion (Toyota Team Members only).
