Job description

Kids Dental Brands is seeking a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) who will primarily be responsible for sourcing and recruiting Dentists (General Dentists, Orthodontists, and Pediatric Dentists). This position reports directly to the Director of Recruiting. Will train.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Work closely with the Director of Recruiting to develop creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top Dentists.

Source, screen and phone interview candidates, check references and facilitate a smooth pre-employment and onboarding process.

Identify appropriate and effective placement of job postings and source candidates from lists, social media, existing databases, learning institutions, and associations as needed.

Develop and maintain a constant candidate pipeline for dentist positions in large geographies served by the company.

Document and track all recruitment related activity as required.

Attend/participate in vendor fairs, professional organizations, and attend industry and/or professional events in order to network and identify additional dentists.

Collaborate with key leaders and hiring managers to fully understand hiring objectives. Provide service with a consultative orientation, attention to detail, follow up and follow through.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Prefer a Minimum of one year of recruiting experience, in recruiting clinical employees (i.e. Dentists, MDs, RNs, medical assistants, dental assistants, dental hygienists, mid-level practitioners) in a variety of geographies.

Ability to effectively work in a remote/virtual environment.

Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, recruiting and hiring talent from a multi-source pipeline.

Expert knowledge in full lifecycle recruitment, including thorough pre-qualification screening, and behavioral interviewing.

Must be able to accurately represent the company and positions to candidates and be an effective business partner with company leaders to ensure a match between hiring needs and candidate experience/desires.

Experience working within common applicant tracking systems/tools.

Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Travel:

Must be able to travel to different dental schools in eastern half of country and present to students. Presentation skills are required. Lunch n Learns, after hours recruiting events, dine and develop, vendor fairs are all part of the recruitment process for the TAS.
