Position is not routinely exposed
to adverse environmental conditions. Some
auto travel required; variable hours; onsite in offices/warehouses

Position Summary:
Collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external data sources in support of operational decision making.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Maintains business data reporting systems and databases.
- Develops metrics at the request of management to analyze impact on key business strategies.
- Performs data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from multiple sources both internal and external.
- Reports on findings and makes strategic recommendations to management.
- Confers with management to implement plans and recommendations and reporting.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to prepare analysis reporting for proposed changes in the DC.
- Participates in special projects, as required, including least best DC areas.
- Performs work under general supervision; Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group

Job Specifications:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Analytical thinking skills. Statistical knowledge.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Must be Detail oriented with solid. Conceptual thinking skills. Research skills. • Commitment to providing Customer service that makes both internal and external Customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated.
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
- Familiarity with industrial engineering terms and processes.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Access.
- Ability and willingness to continue education, as necessary.
