Processes deposits and disbursements of client funds and/or securities; ensuring good delivery and accurate processing while receiving, prioritizing, transmitting and distributing security orders. Responsible for entering securities, payments, disbursements and orders into the system, preparing client receipts, and forwarding securities with any supporting documentation to the Home Office. Responsible for ensuring that financial transactions are completed in a timely fashion to reduce financial exposure to both the client and the firm. This includes requests for security re-registrations, deliveries, Fed Wires and transfers of client funds. Also responsible for identifying and preventing potential risk-related transactions, as well as providing assistance to all Financial Advisors with regard to any aspect of order entry activity. May open and distribute branch mail received and disseminate morning reports. Responsible for maintaining accurate records per Corporate and Securities regulations, while meeting daily deadlines for bank deposits, order entry and system cutoffs.
This position can be located in one of the following areas: Indianapolis or Ft Wayne, IN, Naperville, IL, Lexington or Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience meeting deadlines in a business or office environment demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cashiering or wire operations
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Financial services industry experience
- Brokerage industry experience
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

IN-Fort Wayne: Min: $36,500 Mid: $50,000 Max: $63,500
IL-Naperville: Min: $40,200 Mid: $55,000 Max: $69,900
