In this role, working closely with the VP, People, you will partner with our managers and associates in the Customer Service function and will be responsible for driving and implementing smart people strategies while also acting as an employee champion. You will contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate an open, dynamic, and performance-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

* Business Partner: partner with managers and associates to proactive offer solutions on a range of HR topics such as performance management, engagement, accountability, hiring, retention, and much more!
* Coach/Advisor: diagnose current (and anticipate future) trends leveraging data. Identify areas of opportunity to effectively address performance, retention, and engagement challenges. Help managers identify and support learning activities and initiatives to grow manager & individual contributor associates
* HR Partnership: Act as the "glue" between People team and business managers and associates. Partner closely with People Team sub-functions, specifically Talent Acquisition to ensure that we can meet the growth demands within Customer Service.
* Talent Management & HR Programs: lead exit interviews, performance improvement processes, onboarding & 90-day check-ins processes, team roundtables, and more. Support broader HR programs such as Growth First, Engagement Survey & Action Planning, Talent Review and Merit Processes.

About You:

* 3-4 years' HR experience; prior experience working with Customer Service Contact Center a plus!
* Creative mind-set … you have a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
* Ability to influence, unquestioned integrity, easily build trust, and the experience to effectively navigate sensitive HR matters.
* A superb attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
* You are curious and serve as the HR ambassador to your clients; you understand the importance of developing strong relationships with the People team and your client groups.
* Keen interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build meaningful relationships at all levels of the organization.
