Job Overview:

Never have HR professionals experienced quite the roller-coaster they have over the past year and a half. Whether it was managing through attendance issues, scheduling furloughs, organizing downsizing, or pivoting towards aggressive hiring….HR has seen it all in 2020 and 2021. Our company may not have been any different with facing these challenges, but we have been different in our approach to everything. We are far from perfect, but we strive to have a partnership mentality with our workforce, all while trying to do what is right for our business.

We are now looking to add a new HR Generalist to our team, so we can properly support our 200+ team members that work here. Ideal candidates are very experienced within all facets of HR, highly ambitious, and should be prepared to bring their "A" game. We want to develop a HR team that wants take ownership of making us better as a company, while still maintaining a partnership-centric approach with every team member.
