Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager located at our facility in Louisville, Kentucky.

Your Role:

As the Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, and training and development of employees. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Be a connection between employees and management
  • Oversee the hiring process for employees
  • Compile statistical reports regarding personnel data
  • Advise management of problem areas and provide solutions

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a progressive and professional HR Generalist in a unionized plant manufacturing environment
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • PHR or SPHR/SHRM-CP or SCP certification
  • Experience using SAP
