We are looking for a talented individual who is eager to join our unique culture of teamwork, collaboration, and fun! As Recruiting Coordinator, you will learn the ropes of Long John Silver's recruiting by overseeing the administrative and support aspects of interview scheduling and coordination to deliver a great candidate experience. You will learn from and work within our regional operations leadership teams to understand and execute the nuts and bolts of our recruiting processes. Our ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, proactive, and organized. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are paramount. S/he functions well in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has an eye for process improvement. The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the Director of Human Resources, Corporate Operations. What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary interview scheduling contact: handle complex recruitment and scheduling processes with interview teams (over phone, Zoom), distribute candidate information to interview teams, and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
• Coordinate candidate travel logistics and manage expenses
• Serve as liaison for candidates to ensure a friendly and welcoming experience
• Establish strong working partnerships with hiring managers
