Recruiting Trainer
Primary Location : Louisville Kentucky
V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking Recruiting Trainer client in Louisville Kentucky. This is a Fulltime position.
Includes new employee training, new product and program training, remedial training and providing metrics on effectiveness.
Position will focus on training new and existing employees on IT Recruiting.
Education and Experience»
- Bachelor's degree required with five (5) or more years of experience in a Training position, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have experience in creating, updating and maintaining curriculum in an IT Staffing and Recruiting environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Must be able to create and deliver curriculum in multiple areas of expertise to meet the training needs.
- Partners with leaders to develop strategic initiatives to improve overall productivity, performance and internal software utilization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of training materials and make appropriate curriculum changes.
- Work with India team to help provide training and support for their new hires, specifically around India's Associate Recruiter program.
- Partner with Recruiting Team to provide ongoing technical training of reoccurring positions.
- Partner with Recruiting and Sales team to identify trends and lead continuous improvement efforts associated with training.
- Provides full oversight of all new hire and continuous education training requirements across multiple locations, including but not limited to meeting new hire performance and graduation requirements, and ensuring that every learner has an exceptional training experience if they are new or an existing employee.
- Analyze performance data, the training curriculum and delivery, identify needs, and formulate appropriate recommendations of action plans in conjunction with Operations, Sales and Recruiting leadership.
- Work with Human Resources team to create and input training curriculum into new Learning Management System Cornerstone.
- Select appropriate instructional procedures such as individual training, large and small group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.
- Schedule and coordinate the training needs of the office(s) including training related meetings.
- Managing and tracking of all new hire and continuous education training for operational and financial reporting purposes.
- Effectively and frequently communicate training expectations to the management team.
- Demonstrates effective communication, presentation, media applications, questioning, conflict resolution, and employee management skills.
- Creates a positive learning climate.
- Travel is required on an as-needed basis to other locations including India.
- May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- This position operates largely in a professional office or remote office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
- This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stoop as necessary.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 30 pounds.
This is a fulltime on-site position. Employee must be available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Except for emergencies or unusual circumstances, the job duties and responsibilities should be carried out during an 8-hour workday and/or 40-hour work week.
Travel:
Travel is primarily local during the business day; however, out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. All required travel will be reimbursed.
