Meaningful Work From Day One
Participate as a key member of the Supply Chain Planning & Metrics team by working collaboratively with Supply Chain, Production Operations, Marketing / Sales, Finance, and Information Technology supporting the monthly inventory and forecasting processes.

What You Can Expect

Inventory Management

Management of Perpetual Inventory process with an emphasis on maintaining superior data integrity. Responsible for the data integrity and validation of inventory for all International Partner Markets and Domestic Open Markets. Manage the global Days of Inventory monitoring processes. Maintain multiple Days of Inventory reports with current markets, targets, and forecasts. Manage the monthly/quarterly adjustments, reconciliations, and ongoing maintenance of the DOI files. Monitor and communicate alerts to appropriate users. Develop monitoring for additional brands as requested.

Demand Planning
Within the S&OP process, influence a diverse group of professionals with different priorities to a consensus. Measure the forecast trends, monitor the demand history, and analyze forecast accuracy. Conduct ongoing forecast analysis to ensure that current forecast methods and tools are employed to support each business. Review and revise forecasts to keep the system consistent with market trends and management expectations. Interpret business drivers that affect forecast/supply chain performance and communicate the impact/risk across the organization.

Ad Hoc Analysis and Standardized Reporting
Develop meaningful ad hoc analyses and manage special projects involving analysis of inventory, orders, shipments, depletions, forecasting, or other Supply Chain business issues designed to further customers' understanding of a significant business issue. Construct logical approaches to business issues, articulate findings, conclusions (orally and written).

Back-up team members in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain metrics for other data sources/data management processes with emphasis placed on maintaining superior data integration and streamlining current processes.

We Are Looking For People Who

Have a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of systems, reporting or related supply chain experience OR 4-6 years systems, reporting or related supply chain experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with the concepts of data validation, system analysis/design, with a passion for driving continuous improvement. Strong information technologies aptitude and propensity for problem-solving. Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to think conceptually, flexibly, and strategically as well as make decisions independently, based on logical assumptions and factual information. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with heavy and uneven workloads and deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work timely and accurately within established timeframes. Execute processes to meet performance expectations and the demands of the markets supported. Strong leadership, team player, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of business associates. Proficient verbal and written/communication skills. Ability to develop and adapt to new processes.

What You Can Add To The Team
Master's Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent)
