General Summary/Purpose

The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role in the success in the organization's technology platforms. Acting as communicators, facilitators, and mediators, the Business Systems Analyst seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology, strategy, and analytics. The Business Systems Analyst is always working to bridge the gap among business units with improved technical efficiency and productivity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement, and develops and implements solutions. Communicates insights and plans to business unit leaders and team members.

2. Works with the nCino-Salesforce Business Systems Administrator and other platform administrators to configure, develop and implement the nCino/Salseforce platform.

3. Works with the Project Manager to coordinate projects, develops project plans, and monitors performance.

4. Stays up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Education, Training and Skills Required

  • 3-5 years minimum experience in the role of Systems Analyst or 3 - 5 years minimum experience in a banking environment.
  • Experience in testing processes, change management, and vendor management preferred
  • Experience in data mapping, system conversions, systems integration and software development preferred
  • Proven ability to work in fast paced environment and meet project deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Execution oriented, results-driven, and a self-motivator
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Excellent critical-thinking and organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, executive reporting, and communication skills

Experience Required
  • Education/training equivalent to a Bachelors Degree
  • More than five years, fewer than eight years
