**Description:**

CMWA makes wheels for Toyota and other automotive OEMs. This position will be for a general production team member in either their Steel Wheel plant or Aluminum Wheel plant, Positions are similar in both locations. While no positions are extremely physical, there are times when you may have to lift up a wheel and place it somewhere. The wheels weigh up to 70 pounds.

There are 3 different departments: Casting, Post Assembly and Paint. Once a candidate is placed in that department, they will rotate every couple hours to a different position in that department. Candidates can not pick departments.

Casting / Machining: This is a VERY hot department. The employees will be cleaning the lids of tanks that hold molten aluminum. There is a lot of PPE in this role. Also, visually inspection wheels once they come out of casting.

Post process: This position will have employees de-burring the wheels and visually inspecting the wheels before they go to paint.

Paint: Again, deburring and visually inspecting wheels.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

At least 1 year of manufacturing or labor experience

HS Diploma or GED required

Must be able to read, write and speak english
