Job description

Position Summary:

This position maintains and processes client requests for multiple external and internal life insurance companies. The CSR is the main point of contact for client questions and inquiries, primarily by phone and must be able to handle a wide range of phone calls including death claims called in by family members, financial requests, questions regarding premium payments, and requests for information.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Answer and process client requests that are received by phone, in writing, by email, or fax.
  • Generate correspondence and forms at the request of our clients.
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining client data and insurance information.
  • Responsible for processing specialized functions in a timely manner.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to use multiple systems and online resources efficiently.
  • Ability to obtain and grow an understanding in life insurance and learn how to explain information to clients.
  • Flexibility/adaptability.
