MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Resource management:
- provides advice and guidance in terms of resource
requirements, monitors the employment plan
and is responsible for fulfilling local HR needs
(mobility, recruitment)
- establishes and implements the skills development plan
for his/her perimeter, in partnership with the managers:
strategic workforce planning, training plan, etc.
• Performance management:
- manages the appraisal interview program
- manages the career management process; in conjunction
with managers, identifies talents and potential case-bycase
problems and proposes appropriate solutions
- manages the program of individual salary increases
and promotions
• Change management:
- in conjunction with the managers, anticipates and provides
support for projects impacting the workforce (advice,
change management methodology, management
communication, etc.)
- ensures constant communication concerning HR policies
and practices and explains HR communication actions
in the operational meetings that he/she participates in
- ensures constant monitoring of the local labor-relations
climate
• Employee support:
- alongside the management, he/she is the focal contact
for providing advice to employees, particularly as regards
career management, from their arrival in the sector to their
departure
• HR data:
- is responsible for the reliability of employee data in the HR
information systems for his/her perimeter

- providing HR support to managers
- advising employees
- ensuring the efficiency of HR processes and practices
- ensuring the application of HR policies, practices and rules
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES
Knowledge
• Proficiency in HR development processes: recruitment, mobility,
training, strategic workforce planning
• Knowledge of labor-relations law
• Knowledge of the company's HR policies, rules and practices
• Good understanding of the company's operations
and professions
Skills
• Understanding of both business and HR
• Ability to manage relations and conduct interviews
• Change management
• Command of HR processes and tools (HRIS)
• Ability to analyze situations and propose actions
