**What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant/Office Professional? You will be:**


+ Act as a focal point and resource for office tools, equipment and supplies. Order materials and supplies.


+ Plan and schedule meetings. Coordinate meeting logistics (lunches, secure conference room, etc.).


+ Coordinate travel arrangements for individuals and groups (flights, hotels, and car rentals).


+ Accounting and expense reporting for Leader(s) and support of organization; Review and approve expenses for delegates


+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be a PLUS!


**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**


+ Excellent communication skills to include both verbal and written


+ Able to provide support during planned and unplanned outages as well as Turnaround support


+ Have a TWIC Card


+ Experience with MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook


+ Great attention to detail and work well in a TEAM environment.
