Responsibilities:
The Campaign Coordinator's main responsibility is to support the campaign and operations team in planning, stewarding and monitoring Addressable TV advertising, National Optimized Linear TV campaigns and Programmatic Digital Campaigns. The Coordinator will bring and develop skills throughout the end to end process of audience discovery, campaign monitoring, optimization, and monthly reports.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage new sales/client requests and existing request status in sales support systems

Coordinate with colleagues in sales, client services, pricing/planning, traffic, and analytics, along with third party vendor teems to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of campaigns

Create and distribute copy and traffic instructions as needed to all partners for a given campaign.

Create and maintain account project status and timeline

Set up/revise campaigns in Campaign Management system

Work with Sales and Client services to use custom audience segmentation to create campaigns.

Manage post log processing

Provide weekly campaign pacing reports to sales and client services.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field

2 or more years in Advertising, Marketing or similar field

Excellent communication and project management skills

Strong organizational skills and the able to multitask

Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and tight deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)

Analytical, Keen eye for detail and troubleshooting

Ability to develop self and learn new products and platforms

Demonstrate flexibility given the dynamic changes that occur in advertising campaigns
