About the Position:
An Assistant Branch Manager with Crescent Bank uses problem solving and excellent communication skills combined with their years of banking experience to successfully assist in managing the daily operations of a well performing bank branch while delivering and championing excellent customer service.

This role is a match for someone who has the experience and knowledge to assist customers and staff with all bank-related products and services within the first 3 months on the job. This person in this role will be able to handle cash supply securely and be able to assist in monitoring compliance. This role will also successfully support team members with training and implementing new processes.

What we are looking for:
To thrive in this position, a person should have retail banking experience with some management experience. Knowledge of banking industry compliance and regulations is a must. A team player who is organized and has a customer focused mentality will see success in this role.

Additional Information:
  • Banking industry experience with some management experience
  • Related college degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience handling cash in a banking environment
