Job description

Reporting to the Director of Libraries, the Business Manager acts as departmental business contact for the LSUHSC Library, both locations. Handles all financial and personnel functions for the department. This position includes financial tracking, reporting, and verifying expense and revenue. It queries and reports both departmental and individual personnel and payroll data for all library staff, including student workers. Provides financial and personnel statistics when needed, and acts as a liaison to Asset Management, Facilities Services, Housekeeping Services, Environmental Health and Safety, Auxiliary Enterprises, and the Office of Compliance Programs.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting and three years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree in other area and 6 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in a business oriented discipline and 1 year of experience
