Job description

This role is an extremely important role in our New Orleans office. This person will be the first face clients see when they walk in the door. He or she must be extremely friendly, polite, and considerate.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering the phone
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Managing practice work management software
  • Light bookkeeping
  • Data entry for tax returns potentially, knowledge in this area is a plus
  • Organizing appointments for staff
  • Scanning and filing of all hard copy tax documents for clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Orleans, LA 70118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
