Crest Industries is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Pineville, Louisiana. The Human Resources Manager (HRM) position is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to designated business units within Crest Industries. The position is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving Human Resources functional excellence and process improvement. The HRM aligns business objectives with employees and leadership in designated business units. The role serves as the first point of contact, consultant, and partner to leadership and employees regarding human resources related matters. The HRM formulates partnerships across the Human Resources function to deliver value added service to our people that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Business Partner: Serves as both a consultant and a partner for designated business units within Crest. Ensures business strategies and people strategies are aligned with the vision for the organization. Supports corporate initiatives to meet Crest's objectives.
* Employee Relations: Leads various human resources initiatives and programs within the organization and supports the development of processes, policies, and procedures. Balances advocacy between the business and the employee. Provides coaching for leadership and employees. FMLA programs and associated cases. Supports managers to address performance issues and associated programs. Provides employee training regarding a variety of topics.
* Compensation and Benefits: Partners with the Director of Human Resources (HR) Operations and the Benefits Manager to implement compensation and benefits initiatives and data analysis. Supports leadership and employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
* Talent Acquisition: Works with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively support the talent pipeline within the organization. Promotes the organization's brand, vision, purpose, and values. Integrates new employees through structured preboarding, orientation, and onboarding programs.
* Organizational Development: Supports company-wide talent management initiatives and partners with the Human Resources team to lead the assessments and programs within designated organizations in order to drive bench strength and leadership development, as well as succession and growth plans.
* Systems: Partners with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager to leverage system capabilities within the organization. Utilizes reports and analyzes data to develop strategy. Supports designated organizations to leverage system capabilities.
* Compliance: Ensures compliance with company policies, Federal and state laws, and regulations. This includes but is not limited to the Civil Rights Act, Title VII, ADEA, Rehabilitation Act, ADA, Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Act, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, IRCA, FLSA, etc. Partners with Crest Industries' internal legal counsel to ensure company compliance across the organization. Supports the initiatives associated with Affirmative Action Plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership or a similar program with at least three years of Human Resources experience is required. Significant experience in the field of Human Resources may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
* A strong working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines is required.
* Must have strong business acumen, communication skills, and a team mindset.
* Ability to think strategically and serve as a true partner to business unit leadership is required.
* Human Resources certification such as the PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
