C&C Wholesale Distributors is looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager who is a quick thinker, problem solver, able to communicate with all types of customers, and has strong phone skills. Experience in the flooring industry with some degree of product/installation knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Providing customer service to walk in customers
  • Taking orders over the phone and answering product questions
  • Monitoring fax and email orders coming in from customers
  • Communicating with outside sales people on arranging customer orders and deliveries
  • Helping pull materials in the warehouse and communicating with warehouse personnel on a daily basis
  • Managing UPS shipments of products
  • Assisting in the daily sales close out
  • Checking in and logging storage materials
  • Checking stock with different manufacturers
  • Assisting with ordering product/ managing stock levels
  • Transferring product from main warehouse in Dallas and other branches to complete orders
  • Doing special manufacturer orders and keeping up with required paperwork
  • Assisting branch manager

Ideal Qualities:

  • Familiar with the floor covering industry and products
  • Customer service background
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Ability to learn about large amount of products in a short time
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Desire to learn quickly and think outside the box to problem solve and acquire solutions and information for customers and sales team
  • Hard worker that is willing to put in extra effort to ensure our customers are satisfied
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
  • Works well with others and is a team player
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
