Your Role as the Assistant HR Recruiting Manager

As the Assistant HR Recruiting Manager, you will support the Human Resources team to recruit, screen, and onboard candidates. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
  • Ensure accurate records regarding orientations, training, and employee files
  • Assist in payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks
  • Implement HR related policies and procedures

Background Profile

  • Expertise in recruiting and human resources processes and procedures
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
