Our work depends on a Business Process Analyst joining our team to support a large IT infrastructure support effort at Annapolis Junction, MD.
At GDIT, we foster a people-centric environment. As a Business Process Analyst supporting our government client, you will be trusted to work on business and change management efforts as part of a larger team. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Providing expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for moderately complex business process engagements
- Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives
- Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, and/or vendor selection
- Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis
- Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- BA/BS plus 2 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- TS/SCI with polygraph
- Must be able to work shifts as determined by operational needs, currently would be assigned day shift
