LevelFields is building an unprecedented decision-analytics platform for self-directed investors. Our founding team includes successful tech entrepreneurs who built and sold companies in the space and are now focusing their decades of technology experience on the stock market.

The Role

Equity-first position will be paid initially with a monthly stipend plus equity in the company. Your compensation will convert to a full competitive salary commensurate with experience at the next funding milestone. From day one, you'll be working directly with the co-founder and CEO to build and scale marketing channels and open up new ones, thinking creatively and applying your knowledge of stocks and investing to expand our reach through guerilla marketing tactics. You will contribute immediately to the company's growth with your ability to spin up and test user acquisition campaigns with rapid content and graphics creation.

Responsibilities include

• Acquire new users by developing & scaling earned, owned, and paid marketing tactics
• Create and implement campaigns for major ad networks and emerging content channels
• Run and optimize subscriber email marketing & marketing automation campaigns
• Rapidly produce content for use in social media, paid channels, and subscriber communications
• Track and analyze key acquisition metrics and optimize campaigns around those metrics
• Help generate marketing requirements for our tech team
• Cultivate a sense of community among subscribers and catalyze viral growth among them
• Engage through forums and social media to grow brand presence and acquire users
• Draft social media posts and blogs

You are a perfect fit if you:



• Are hyper-social & understand the spheres of digital influence around equity investing
• Enjoy learning, trading stocks, and a dynamic work environment
• Have at least 3 years of related growth hacking experience.
• Have recent, hands-on experience and success with marketing tools including social media ad platforms, email marketing platforms, content creation platforms, and Google Analytics
• Have experience and interest in active stock trading
• Have knowledge or experience with any or all of these platforms: Reddit, Stocktwits, Public, Discord
• Write punchy copy
• Understand how to optimize a marketing funnel
• Enjoy reviewing data analytics to improve campaigns
• Quickly and comfortably create high-performing ads, banners, motion graphics, short videos, etc.
• Are insatiably curious, self-motivated, and accustomed to experimenting and pivoting in campaigns
• Think creatively how to solve problems and acquire new users
• Are strategic and tactical with your marketing approach
• Understand the importance of branding and how to grow a brand
• Enjoy direct contact with company execs & having a seat at the decision table
• See details and read all the way through bulleted lists
• Have a sense of humor
• Can create, communicate and execute a plan
