Accelerent, a national company with operations in Baltimore, DC, Denver, Kansas City, Indianapolis and Phoenix, is searching for an * Executive Administrative Coordinator for our Baltimore team.* Join the Accelerent family and be a valued member of our team. We are seeking a candidate with strong Administrative and Communication Skills. The Executive Administrative Coordinator is responsible for client support, administration of all monthly meetings, and coordination of market activities with two executives. We are looking for a mature, organized, and friendly individual that can work effectively, efficiently, and independently. Some duties include:

  • General administrative support
  • Training and support of Accelerent platform to client administrators
  • Managing event registration system
  • Managing website information for clients and events
  • Meeting planning for events
  • 12-15 meetings per month (about 10-15 attendees per meeting)
  • 10 events per year with about 200 attendees; attendance at these events to include set up/break down of Accelerent materials, client support, and management of vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Strong organizational and people skills
  • Enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment
  • Attention to detail, time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including Outlook and Excel

SALARY RANGE IS $55,000 TO $60,000 PER YEAR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
